1. What data we collect

Your name and email (when you create an account), your trades (manual or synced), journal notes, and your preferences within the app. If you connect a MetaTrader account, we use your read-only investor password solely to establish that connection.

2. How we use your data

To provide the service: storing your trades, showing your statistics, syncing your MetaTrader history, and sending you notifications if you opt in (reminders, daily summary, etc.).

3. Who we share data with

We don't sell your data to anyone. We use these providers to run the service:

Supabase — database and authentication.
MetaApi — read-only connection to your MetaTrader account.
Stripe — payment processing (we never see your full card number).

4. Where your data is stored

Your data lives in a Supabase database tied to your account. Local preferences (theme, language) are stored in your browser's local storage.

5. Data deletion

Disconnecting a MetaTrader account deletes the synced trade history for that account. You can request full deletion of your account and all your data by emailing support@tradeanchor.co.

6. Security

All communication with TradeAnchor is encrypted (HTTPS). Your MetaTrader investor password is used for read-only access only — TradeAnchor can never trade or withdraw funds from your broker account.

7. Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time by emailing support@tradeanchor.co.

8. Changes to this policy

If we make significant changes to this policy, we'll notify you inside the app.
